Pedro brings more than two decades of experience at the points where mobility decisions become difficult to implement: where institutional responsibilities overlap, where operating models have not kept pace with technology, where a procurement has outrun the governance, or where a programme has political approval but no clear route to delivery.
That experience, built across European institutions, national authorities, road operators, concession holders and urban mobility systems, shaped MagicPill Mobility as a practice dedicated to senior independent advice in demanding, multi-stakeholder mobility environments.
