Cookie policy

Cookies and equivalent technologies

A short, accurate description of the technologies used by this website and the choices available to you.

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that a website places on your browser. Similar technologies — such as local storage — can serve equivalent purposes. Both are used mainly to make websites function properly, keep them secure and remember user preferences.

Current use on this website

This website is designed to be restrained. It does not use advertising, marketing or third-party tracking cookies on its public pages. It does not use analytics tools such as Google Analytics on the public pages. Non-essential cookies and trackers are not deployed.

Essential first-party technologies

The public website relies only on essential first-party technologies required for it to load, render correctly and remain secure. These do not identify visitors and are not used for analytics, advertising or marketing.

Third-party services activated only after a deliberate visitor action

No third-party service is loaded automatically when a page opens. The only third-party service that may be reached from this website is Calendly, the scheduling service. Calendly is not contacted until the visitor explicitly chooses to open the scheduling window from the Contact page. Once opened, Calendly may use cookies and other technologies in accordance with its own privacy and cookie settings, which remain visible and functional within its interface.

Optional analytics or marketing technologies

None are currently used. If MagicPill Mobility introduces analytics or any other non-essential technology in the future, a proper consent mechanism will be added — with equally visible "Accept all" and "Reject all" options, a "Manage preferences" option, all optional categories disabled by default, an easy way to withdraw consent, and a permanent "Cookie settings" link in the footer. Non-essential technologies would then be blocked until valid consent is given.

Browser controls

You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings. The public website will remain available, although blocking cookies may prevent the on-demand Calendly scheduling service from working correctly. Any choices relating to Calendly cookies can also be managed through the controls displayed when the scheduling service is opened.
